Hyundae Noh Designs the New Inclusive Dot Chess Set

The Dot Chess set is a new inclusive design by Hyunjae Noh as a means to provide the same opportunity to those that are visually impaired to play the game and showcase their skill. Chess stimulates the mind and intelligence -- this set invites those who are visually impaired and non-visually impaired to play the game together for a more diverse experience.

It is made to meet three senses, using a blend of color and braille on the pieces that ensure that it can be recognized by players of all abilities. To do so, it ensures that it uses strategic color in upper and lower case indicated by braille to distinguish which pieces to move. Additionally, each piece also has both the alphabet and braille.
