The Dos Equis Mobile Academy Caters to Adventurous Taste Buds

The Dos Equis Mobile Academy is set to travel to different cities around the United States, to the delight of those with adventurous taste buds everywhere. Part of the Most Interesting Academy, these traveling food trucks will serve exotic dishes such as chicken feet, silkworm, grilled kangaroo, alligator tail, and jellyfish. Accompanying these daring dishes will be information on the history and culture of the food.

Made up of seven food trucks, each one will have an individualized menu with a corresponding cultural ritual that truly brings the experience to life. The Dos Equis Mobile Academy hopes to enrich lives through these unique experiences. They will be in Chicago, Dallas, Miami, Phoenix, San Diego and San Francisco between the upcoming months of August and October.
