This Health Campaign Takes Advantage of the Walking Dead's Popularity

In order to raise awareness about the launch of the Walking Dead's fifth season premiere and encourage more young people to become organ donors, this donor campaign was set up by FOX Poland.

The campaign encourages people to "Do something good before you become a zombie," with a site where Walking Dead-themed donor cards could be filled out in order to make the bland medical forms more eye-catching, fun and relevant. To accompany the campaign's digital efforts, a tent was also set up where Walking Dead fans could sign up to become organ donors in the same way by filling out a card. With a few zombies on site, this campaign took off on social media, with tons of snapshots of people posing with their donor cards and the organ-less Walking Dead creatures.
