Designed by Betty McCall, the bedroom features furniture and bedding that's perfectly sized for the small dog. To make the most of what would otherwise be wasted space or storage space, the room is located under the stairs in McCall's home. The room was created to offer a space for Poncho to go in when guests stop by to help alleviate his nervousness and anxiety.
The dog room is being compared to the bedroom of Harry Potter where the fictional wizardly character lived as a small boy. However, while the space was certainly too small for Potter, it's the perfect size for Poncho to call his very own.
