The 'DJI Mic' is a Clip-On Dedicated Microphone for Recording On-the-Go

'DJI,' the Shenzhen-based consumer electronics company, has unveiled the 'DJI Mic,' a clip-on microphone designed for video production on-the-go. The DJI Mic clips to the top of any small clothing item or accessory at a weight of only 30 grams. On one charge, the DJI Mic lasts up to 5.5 hours. When this is combined with the battery of the charging case, the DJI Mic can go up to 15 hours before needing to be plugged into a wall socket.

The mic has a maximum range of 250m from its receiver, which provides a lot of freedom for vloggers who do not want to carry the receiver with them at all times. As for audio quality, the microphone uses a WAV format that captures up to 24-bit, 48kHz audio. The microphone can also be connected to a smartphone, laptop, or another device, through a USB-C, Lightning, or 3.5mm input.
