Responsive Digital Receipts

The Square Feedback Digital Receipt Lets Buyers and Sellers Chat

Although Square Wallet was recently pulled from app stores, this week Square introduced two new mobile wallet apps, including Square Order and Square Feedback.

With Square Feedback, Gokul Rajaram, Seller Product Lead at Square describes that "The receipt should be more than just a list of what a customer bought. Digital receipts are a natural platform for communication." Quite often, when a store asks you for feedback or to fill out a survey, the paper slip ends up being forgotten or discarded. With Feedback, Square provides a place for customers to rate their purchasing experience with either a smiley face or a frowny face, or even start a conversation directly with a merchant.

The Feedback system is also integrated with Square Dashboard, which helps merchants to instantly receive and respond to customer concerns.
