Diesel Hosts The ‘Its#Eight Worldwide Design Competition'

Diesel is lending a fashionable twist to yet another international design competition. While last year they challenged artists to create Diesel Art Walls, this year, they’ve launched the Its#Eight Worldwide Design Competition for fashion and accessory designers, and photographers.

Finalists get a trip to Trieste, Italy where they get to present their artwork to influential people in the industry, including fashion editors and buyers. The finalist will walk home with € 50,000 (about $64,850 US) and will score an internship with Diesel in Italy.

They’re targeting students in their final year of design and photography students from 787 schools in 60 countries.
