Cherrywood was chosen for the desk because of its distinctive grain, which highlights all of the dips and ridges in the desk's surface.
Schuster created the design using 3D software, which is what gives the table its unusual form. If you're someone who spends many hours in front of a computer, sitting at the desk is almost like being outside, without the glare. Unfortunately for now, it's only a concept.
