These eerie images capture the deserted Boston streets, when a city-wide man-hunt for the Boston bombers was happening. The images capture streets which are completely deserted and abandoned as the Police and FBI Investigators scaled the city in search of the perpetrators of the senseless tragedy.
The images, once again, highlighted the importance of social media sharing, in searches for criminals and helping to solve crimes. The images were all captured by local residents, either in their cars or through windows, as Boston's population remained indoors.
The good news is that both of the suspects were captured, so Boston can return to normal once again. The images of the deserted streets were shared via Twitter by locals in the Boston area where people pulled together to support one-another during their difficult time.
