The much celebrated and iconic American architect Frank Lloyd Wright once said that Paris was the most beautiful city in the world because its builders payed attention to the scale in which people live. He pointed out that the buildings in the city of lights preserved a sense of space.
The Belgian house featured here tucks neatly away into a lot of trees and leaves. In fact, it has a tree running through it. The front of the house is adorned with intersecting sticks that further add to this arboreal aesthetic. The relatively small size of the building is well-suited to the scale in which its residents live.
