F45, a world-leading fitness class franchisor, has teamed up with former soccer superstar David Beckham and renowned Hollywood trainer Gunner Peterson to launch a new workout dubbed DB45. The new workout features an 11-station soccer-inspired cardio session. In addition, the class blends training methods with the aim of improving participants' explosiveness and overall fitness.
The new 45-minute workout will require members to complete two sets at all 11 stations while adhering to a soccer-style 4:4:2 class formation. Moreover, each station is meant to represent a typical soccer position such as attack, defense, goal, and mid-field.
