Naked Near-Death Snapshots

Daniel Ehrenworth's New Series is a Puzzling Piece of Art

You’ll have to look twice to truly grasp the essence of Daniel Ehrenworth’s newest photo series. Entitled ‘Naked People Clinging to Their Lives,’ this strangest set of photos is exactly what it’s name suggests: "fully nude men and women, clinging desperately for their lives—to the tops of buildings, to the sides of cars, to the big white blades of a wind turbine," describes The Grid.

The Toronto photographer took to the streets of his native city, capturing his bizarre nudes in some very recognizable landmarks from the Don Valley Parkway to Exhibition Place. While Ehrenworth’s talented lens makes each shot look as though it were completely happenstance, he is first to admit that most of the models are friends of his (many of whom are exhibitionists) as well as some full-time models.
