Dall Estate Requires Golfing Members to Have $160 Million

In Highland Perthshire, Scotland, a $2 billion ultra-luxe golf resort is being planned known as the Dall Estate. To keep out the riff raff, prospective members will need to prove that they have a net worth of at least £100 million, or $160 million.

Membership fees for Dall Estate will cost $3 million but the resort will feature 104-suite hotel with health spa, leisure and retail facilities, a concert hall and two 18-hole golf courses designed by Calum Todd.
