Some fathers will do anything in order to make a point in educating their children-but this Daisy Duke dad goes much further. In order to protest against his teenage daughter wearing short shorts all of the time, Scott Mackintosh decided to sport 'Daisy Dukes' in public himself.
The Web Staff at 'WTVR' quote Mackintosh as he says: "My teenage daughter day after day continues to wear clothing I, as her father, feel is inappropriate and immodest." The drastic measures Mackintosh went to in order to make this point clear to his daughter have payed off-as the picture is becoming a sensation within the media.
Let's hope that the Daisy Duke dad doesn't become a permanent fad-as dad's in short shorts isn't the best fashion trend out there. Although sometimes one has to go to short lengths in order to make a statement.
