Daily Dose is Unveiling a New Apple Juice Made from Excess Fruit

Cold-pressed juice brand Daily Dose is introducing a new apple juice made using surplus fruit sourced from the Leckford Estate, the Waitrose-owned farm. The collaboration transforms an unexpected seasonal surplus into a thoughtfully produced, waste-reducing product.

The launch follows an exceptionally strong 2025 apple harvest, which left the Leckford Estate with more fruit than could be sold through traditional retail channels. A prolonged period of low rainfall also resulted in smaller apples, perfectly high in quality but less suitable for sale as whole fruit. These fruits served as ideal candidates for juicing instead.

By working directly with Daily Dose, the estate found a way to give these apples a second life, while the juice brand stayed true to its ethos of responsible sourcing and minimal processing.

"The Leckford Estate is one of the most beautiful and sustainably run farms in the country, so to be invited in to help make use of their apples was an honour," said Daily Dose founder, George Hughes-Davies. "This juice is exactly what Daily Dose stands for - repurposing incredible British produce and turning it into something delicious."
