Phreetings is a really neat site that lets you create your own photo ecards using images from Flickr. I'm not sure if it's Flickr endorsed as there's no information on the site.
The cards are easy to create. Simply type in a search term of your choice (I chose "fashion") and it automatically searches the Flickr database for any photos tagged with the word. Next, select a color scheme you like, add your own text, and then grab the URL to send to a friend!
By hovering your mouse over the image, you can see all the other labels that photo has also been tagged under.
