The new Smashbox Photo Filter Gel Cushion Applicator combines the current beauty fad of silicone makeup applicators with an unusual twist.
With the current popularity of silicone applicators (for applying foundation and concealer) in the beauty industry, Smashbox decided to do something a little different in its own silicone product. The Gel Cushion applicator features a diamond shape and fingerprint-like grooves on its applicator side, offering a similar application that can be seen when people use their fingers to put their foundation and concealer on. The difference here is that this applicator prevents messes, is more hygienic, and prevents any product wastage.
This product can be used to apply a variety of liquid makeup products – everything from foundation and concealer to primer and highlighter.
