Travel-Themed Restaurant Reservations

Airbnb and Resy Collaborated to Offer 'Curated Restaurants'

Within the official Airbnb app, users now have the chance to make browse 'Curated Restaurants' and make a reservation for a table in the similar way to booking a temporary accommodation.

For this new in-app feature, Airbnb collaborated with Resy to make it easy for travel enthusiasts to search for a place to eat in major destinations like New York, Los Angeles and Miami. With this new feature, customers are also able to make reservation requests, such as for birthday or other special celebrations, or notify the restaurant if they will be running slightly late. Through Airbnb, users are able to prepay for pre-fixe menus ahead of time with a payment that includes taxes and a tip.

In the future, Airbnb also notes that it wants to expand Curated Restaurants internationally and add features to better connect members of the Airbnb community.
