Creative Criminal Ad Campaigns

These Criminal Ads Gets Creative with the Criminally Convicted

When looking at criminal ads it's often the government, police or a social group warning about the risks of civil disobedience. These ads are a different kind of criminal ad, however. These ads take convicted criminals and asks them to create an ad campaign, the results are very professional looking.

The project is called Concepting With Convicts and it was created by Ben Pfutzenreuter and Pat Davis. The idea is to use the prison pen pal system to allow convicted criminals to use their artistic abilities in interesting ways.

Some of the ads are very good including the clever "Drive it like you stole it," for Cadillac or the powerful "Not every criminal stands behind bars" ad.
