British Creatives Create Creatures of Adland

When it comes to fun collective nouns, animals seem to hog all the good ones such as a cry of hounds, a smack of jellyfish and a charm of hummingbirds and thus British creatives Jana Pejkovska and Adrian Flores created Creatures of Adland - a tumbler blog dedicated to making creative collective nouns for all those awesome creative people in the would of advertising.

And here are some examples of their witty collective nouns: an ambition of managing directors, a grid of designers, a glow of chairmen and an obstruction of creative directors.

One has to wonder however about the chosen collective nouns. A murder of crows makes us think of crows as being creepy so perhaps the chosen words for each group in Adland is secretly saying something about them too?

Over analyzing put aside, its a pretty awesome creative project that's beautifully illustrated as well, proving there is no lack of creative talent in the advertising industry.
