Solid Decorative Tables

Copper Nim Coffee Table by Pinch Design Studio is Industrial & Sculptural

At first glance, the Copper Nim Coffee Table might look quite simple. Yet it has a powerful presence thanks not only to the materials used, but also the fact that it looks like an impressively solid piece of metal in general. Interestingly, in spite of its name, the coffee table is made out of plaster and the Jesmonite, which is a resin composite, along with some powdered copper.

Designed by Pinch design studio, the Copper Nim Coffee Table was debuted during the Milan Design Week. It's unique color gradient on the surface was brought about through a combination of blowtorch work, hand paint and cold patination. The finely powdered element of copper is what’s behind the table’s metallic finish. Together, it brings an industrial element into the home (or other space).
