Paint-Dripped Logos

This High-Speed Photo Series Retools Familiar Company Logos

Photographer Manuel Mittelpunkt and designer Matthias Grund partnered together to create a high-speed photo series that remixes a selection of popular company logos. Using liquid paint to redesign them, Mittelpunkt and Grund give these familiar branding images an incredibly artistic new look.

To create these redesigned company logos, Grund started with laser-cut wooden logos attached to a rotart tool. The wooden logos were dipped in paint that matched familiar company colors, hooked up to a revolving device and then spun at high-speed and photographed in action for a paint-splattering effect.

Within this series, viewers can see such iconic logos like Apple's apple, Chanel's two Cs, the elegant Disney D, McDonald's golden arches and many more. Photo Credits: highsnobiety, designboom
