Playfully Colorful Kindergarten Designs

Kientruc O Designs a Dynamic Facade for a Kindergarden

The colorful kindergarten that was designed by Kientruc O in Ho Chi Minh City is deemed to be "a full-sized playhouse." The firm was particularly playful with the white rectangular facade, experimenting with shapes and colors much like a child would. The result is noticeably whimsical as the structure definitely makes a strong impression within the context of the neighborhood.

When creating the exterior aesthetic of the colorful kindergarten, Kientruc O tapped a pink and orange palette, skillfully arranging chromatic implementation, in order to reach a high visual contrast. Moreover, the structure is made outlandish through the installation of irregularly shaped windows in strategical places. This approach to architecture marks Kientruc O's attempt to "establish a direct relationship between the kids playing inside and the living, ever-changing external environment."
