Bridging River Retreats

The Colorado River Bridge Hotel Also Doubles as a Footbridge

Modern design meets mother nature in Michael Jantzen's Colorado River Bridge Hotel. This ambitious hotel concept is a combination of a bridge and a luxury hotel situated over the Colorado River in the Grand Canyon.

The Colorado River Bridge Hotel has wind turbines mounted on its roof in an attempt to make it more eco-friendly. The hotel also has yellow pods that sit in its underbelly and ferry guests to and from the river below.

I've seen a lot of concept hotels during my time at Trend Hunter, and I have to say that the Colorado River Bridge Hotel is undoubtedly one of the coolest. Who wouldn't want to stay in a hotel overlooking one of the most magnificent natural wonders of the world? No one, that's who.
