Exquisite sculptural metal forms the unique plates, flaunting patterns that mimic the stringy surface of the silicone case. This open outer layer provides a place to stash serviettes, a blanket and other items, in addition to serving up enhanced visual interest. The shallow canary yellow cover can also be used as trays.
Designer Philip Stankard created the Coalesce Picnic System based on inspiration from artist Sole LeWitt's work, and primarily for use at Madison's Concerts on the Square.
