The Clear Lake House Provides Uninhibited Views of Forest and Water

The Clear Lake House is a gorgeous getaway in Perry Sound, a town about three hours north of Toronto, Canada. Although quite unassuming from the outside, aside from its angular design, it is a luxurious haven on the inside. The peaked roof gives it an airy atmosphere that also allows room for a sleeping loft.

Designed by MacLennan Jaunkalns Miller Architects, the Clear Lake House boasts an interior lined with Douglas fir. This gives it a distinct cottage feel even though its clear the owners were going for a modern spin. Complete with floor to ceiling windows, the Clear Lake House offers uninhibited views of the surrounding forest and water. It almost feels as though nature pervades every corner of the living space, offering a refreshing sanctuary.
