City of Wine Luxury Hotel

Marqués de Riscal Ciudad Del Vino

The Marqués de Riscal is a well known wine. The 139 year old winery went on to produce even something more spectacular - the Marques de Riscal “City of Wine” - a one of a kind destination located in El Ciego, in the Rioja region of Spain. It boasts the renovated winery, a luxury hotel, exclusive restaurant and a Caudelie Vinotherapie spa. The hotel was designed by Frank O. Gehry, the renowned architect.

The 43-room hotel is run by the Starwood Hotels and Resorts chain and kitted out with modern upscale luxuries. However, it is the hotel's exterior which is its outstanding feature.
