Ole & Steen Cinnamon Social Gelato Was Created with Badiani

The Ole & Steen Cinnamon Social Gelato has been created in partnership with Badiani as a frozen take on the namesake pastry for consumers in the UK to try out this spring and summer.

The gelato features a rich, creamy profile that consists of Italian gelato that has been slow-churned and infused with buttery swirls of Ole & Steen's Cinnamon Social for a touch of texture and flavor. The dough in the recipe is paired with ample cinnamon along with rich vanilla custard for an authentic final touch. Badiani will be giving away 500 free scoops of the treat on May 23, 2025 at its flagship Covent Garden location.

Food & Beverage Innovation Manager Rachael McInnis spoke on the Ole & Steen Cinnamon Social Gelato saying, "We’re incredibly excited to bring together the best of both brands in one indulgent scoop. Badiani’s iconic gelato meets the comforting flavours of our beloved Cinnamon Social in a way that feels both nostalgic and completely new. This collaboration is all about celebrating craftsmanship, creativity, and joy – and we can’t wait for our customers to try it."
