Religious Anger Sculptures

The Church Tank By Kris Kuksi

Kris Kuksi, an intricate sculptor, refers to his artwork as Fantastic Realism. Kuksi creates pieces like this one, an awesome looking Church Tank.

I also really love the Bush Anti Propaganda Machine from 2007 and Deadly Sins, both done in a similar style.

Kuksi is one of the few artists who totally excels in contrasting areas, and his portrait pieces are also really strong, as is his botanical painting series.

Different from the rest, I find the image of the chimp in captivity to be one of the most striking pieces I have seen in years. It really touches me, as does Kuksi’s Anger Monkey piece.
