The makeup brand Tarte is now offering its new collection of Chrome Paint Shadow Pots, which come in a handful of vibrant colors and can be applied easily to the lids.
While most professional makeup artists and makeup aficionados apply their eye shadows with brushes, the Chrome Paint Shadow collection was explicitly formulated to be easily applied with users' fingers alone. The eye shadows feature a metallic sheen that has a mirrored effect, and is rich enough in formulation that it looks like a cream or gloss when applied, but comes in the form of a powder.
The warmth of users' fingers will allow these metallic shadows to melt into the skin, without having to use primer beforehand.
