The group of designers behind this Chinese herb packaging has worked to cleverly bring Chinese medicine into the modern era. While there is no shortage of global patients who trust the expertise of Eastern treatments, there are better ways in which such remedies can be distributed and sold in the manner of modern medicine.

With Cai Yao Chinese prescription scented tea, the designers focused on branding the six most typical health complaints among the white collar workforce. Half a dozen similar packages were created that harken back to the woven wicker baskets that habitually held Chinese herbs. In this case, they are made in compact sizes and further protected in see-through plastic cartons. The delicate contents are wrapped tightly in cloth, for a gentle and hygienic storage method that's been relied upon for centuries.
