TooJay's Deli Has Teamed Up with Chef Eric Greenspan

The Florida-based NY-style deli concept TooJay’s Deli has just teamed up with chef and TV personality Chef Eric Greenspan to offer five delicious dishes from his cookbook, including the Buffalo Blue sandwich.

Chef Eric Greenspan is well known for his dedication to grilled cheese. In fact, his cookbook 'The Great Grilled Cheese Book: Grown-Up Recipes for a Childhood Classic,' details many different takes on a the classic dish.

Now, Greenspan has joined forces with TooJay’s Deli to share some of his takes on the sandwich. Starting July 5, 2022, customers at TooJay’s Deli will be able to try five delicious grilled cheese dishes. Options ranch from the Buffalo Blue sandwich, which features spicy buffalo chicken tenders and blue cheese, to The Patty Melt, which combines a beef patty with cheddar cheese.
