YouTube baking sensation Rosanna Pansino of Nerdy Nummies is at it again with her latest delectable creation for summer: Cheeseburger Ice Cream Sandwiches. The new take on the classic ice cream treat is actually removing the sandwich aspect and replacing it with a "burger."
Pansino creates the ice cream burgers by first baking sugar cookies. She allows them to fully cool off so that the ice cream doesn't melt when assembling the burger. Using a cookie cutter to ensure that the ice cream is the same size as its bun, she cuts out chocolate ice cream that mimics burger patties. She then quickly places them in between the cookies and decorates the patty with her desired icing and puree condiments, which emulate mustard, ketchup and relish.
