Castello's Pop-Up Cheese Tasting Appeals to Multiple Senses

Rather than hosting a cheese tasting at a local grocery store, Castello Cheese took over Grand Central Station for a few days in order to set up a pop-up museum.

Although museums are usually places where you're discouraged from touching anything, this cheesy museum let commuters really get a taste of the art that was on display. The museum was made up of many small nooks, which were filled with a variety of still life objects that matched a painting hanging beside it. As people passed by, they were encouraged to indulge in a snack. An attendant would reach right into the art piece that had been recreated with real world objects, and cut off a piece of cheese for people passing by to sample.
