Chapman Skateboards has collaborated with New Museum to produce a deck inspired by a building. As stated on DesignBoom and according to the designers, "this deck’s unique design is as much a nod to the ingenuity of skate culture as it is a tribute to the narrow, skated backstreets of the neighborhood the New Museum calls home. "
The deck takes on an irregular shape, and is made from maple wood and a high quality paint mix. Overall the board is quite geometric in shape, with plenty of right angles and indents that add to its distinct nature.
