'Chalktrail' Lets You Color the Sidewalks While You Cruise

'Chalktrail' is the latest and greatest children's toy. This fun tool allows kids to leave a trail of chalk where ever they ride their bike or scooter. The product was invented by Scott Baumann and is currently on Kickstarter and looking for backers.

The device works by simply clipping the plastic attachment, which was designed to fit any size wheel, to the back of the bike or scooter; then, just slip the piece of chalk into the holder and zoom down the road. What is left behind is a long and colorful trail showing your exact path. While this invention doesn't use any kind advanced technology, it's sure to be a hit with kids because it allows them to take part in "artivity," as Baumann says.
