Cetaphil Products Have Been Updated with a New Formula

The Cetaphil products that are specially formulated for consumers with sensitive skin have been reformulated by the company to help optimize the way they work.

The brand is introducing new and improved formulas across all of its products including the Daily Facial Cleanser, Gentle Skin Cleanser, Moisturizing Lotion, Gentle Skin Cleanser and the Advanced Relief Lotion. The products are formulated with several dermatologist-backed ingredients such as panthenol, niacinamide and glycerin.

Vice President and General Manager of Consumer Business at Galderma June Risser spoke on the new and improved Cetaphil products saying, "As leading sensitive skin specialists with a nearly 75-year-heritage of offering consumers dermatologist-recommended products, we are dedicated to providing complete care for all sensitive skin types. In order to meet the needs of today’s consumer while also delivering on our commitment to innovation, we made the decision to upgrade some of our original products, most of which haven’t changed since they were first brought to market. It’s important that we are not only meeting — but exceeding — the current standards that our consumers expect from a sensitive skincare brand, and we believe our new and improved formulas will allow us to do just that."
