These Cathead Distillery Bristow Gins Come in Three Options

These new Cathead Distillery Bristow Gins have been announced by the Mississippi-based distillery as a lineup of high-quality expressions for consumers to try out.

Each of the new gins are aged in new American Oak barrels, which helps to enhance the botanical nature of the gin and impart the flavor of the wood to the spirit. The product comes in three options including the One-Year, Four-Year and Seven-Year Barrel Aged Reserve, which are each characterized by their 113-proof (56.5% ABV) profile.

Co-Founder of Cathead Distillery Richard Patrick commented on the new Cathead Distillery Bristow Gins saying, "When we first made the original Bristow Gin Reserve, aged for one year in American Oak, we knew we had something special. We experimented further with aging to build out somewhat of a vertical age statement program."
