Subterranean Cliff Houses

Open Platform for Architecture's Casa Brutale is a Striking Glass Home

Casa Brutale is not a typical cliff house. First of all, it's built into the ground, which technically makes it more of a subterranean home. Secondly, it boasts an all-glass facade that is entirely modern. At first glance, a person might actually see a unique pool design instead of the house it really is. Of course, that could be because of the pool that sits on its roof top.

Created by design network Open Platform for Architecture (OPA), Casa Brutale takes living on the edge to a whole other level. Of course, with such views of the Aegean Sea, it's only natural architects would be inspired to create something truly spectacular. Casa Brutale is just that.
