Machine learning and AI are deeply woven into the experience of selling a car through Carro, Asia Pacific's largest online used car marketplace, and a new regional ad campaign leans on generative AI to highlight Carro's "surprisingly short" AI-enabled car-selling process.
"We're constantly hearing how our customers are pleasantly surprised to know that we make full payments within 24 hours, or that we reply within 15 minutes," said Carro Chief Marketing Officer Katherine Teo. To emphasize how it shortens the car-selling process, Carro's in-house Creative team used AI models to reimagine deliberately cropped everyday objects, like shorts.
The campaign is set to run across digital and social channels in Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong SAR.
