Bicycle delivery companies are no new invention, but the equipment they use is certainly getting a modern overhaul with the release of the Cargo Node, which is designed to carry a load of cargo while still maintaining a flexible design. Capable of holding a weigh of 350-pounds (including the rider), the Cargo Node features an ample section at the rear for holding cargo without inhibiting the rider in motion.
Able to accomodate riders ranging in heigh from 5'2" to 6'5", the Cargo Node features a hinge on the center portion of the frame, which easily opens to swing the front portion of the bicycle to the side for easy storage or portability. Currently funding on Kickstarter, the Cargo Node is a modern response to an age-old (or bicycle-old, rather) problem.
