Photographer Shanna Jones captured epic shots of the Steampunk coffee shop in Cape Town, South Africa. 'Truth,' the name of the coffee shop was created by Heldane Martin and it is so original and radically designed.
Martin found the design of espresso machines and coffee roasters reminded her of the same futuristic Victorian style as the one Steampunk encompasses. She also wanted to be sure that 'Truth' made the very best coffee to give the whole atmosphere of the cafe an extra edge.
The entire shop takes your eyeballs on a rollercoaster ride. Shelves are lined with antique typewriters, lamps, Singer sewing machines, bottles and clocks. A unique machine skeleton lies exposed under the coffee maker and a classic Steampunk mask hangs off of it. The room is so futuristic yet raw with colors of brass, rust, gold, silver, steel and deep red.
The cafe is so meticulously designed it's like a life-sized page of an I, Spy book.
