Luxurious Modernist Ecological Villas

Can Cocotero Villa is Located in an Ecological Community

The Can Cocotero is a luxurious villa located in Ibiza's first ecologically inspired community. The luxurious six-bedroom villa was created by Spanish architect Jordi Carreno, collaborating with London-based interior designer Tara Bernard. The complete project boasts a modernist minimal exterior with a sophisticated yet warm interior space.

Sabina, the ecologically inspired community, comprises individual private villas designed by 18 internationally renowned architects and designers. The community is complete with a five-star clubhouse that includes a restaurant, spa, tennis and paddle courts, a nightclub, and much more.

The villa opens its wooden front doors into a stone-walled spacious interior that leads out to the garden. The entryway leads to an open concept living area with a sitting and dining room.
