Burger King Opened a Plant-Powered Pop-Up in Costa Rica

Burger King launched a burger pop-up in Costa Rica with The Vegetarian Butcher and it's one that's entirely plant-based. According to Burger King, "Costa Rica is one of the best-performing plant-based markets in LAC for Burger King, based on sales of the Veggie Whopper."
