bundubags is a South African social enterprise that produce a line of handbags from recycled materials and 100% African print cotton. Handwoven, the bags are available in a range of striking pattern and boasts sustainable and fairly traded practices.

Founded in 2012, bundubags was created by a group of South African women who realized the social impact potential of the abundance of cargo strapping at their disposal.

While the bags maintain their sustainability and eco-friendly goals, they also serve to maintain the traditional weaving techniques of the region.
