BuckWHAT! Makes Simple Grab-and-Go Snacks with Minimal Ingredients

BuckWHAT! makes a range of buckwheat snack products that are naturally free from gluten, plant-based, low-glycemic and ideal for eating on the go. The BuckWHAT! Noshes are made with just a few simple ingredients, as called out by the product packaging, such as cinnamon, chia seeds and dates.

The buckwheat-based snack bites are available in flavors like Cocoa, Crunchy Peanut, Oatmeal Raisin and Simply Sunflower, all of which feature no added sugar. At most, there are seven ingredients used to make the Oatmeal Raisin flavor and just five ingredients that go into the making of the Simply Sunflower and Crunchy Peanut options.

The BuckWHAT! Noshes were created with the Millennial mom in mind, as these consumers are in search of convenient, nourishing natural snacks to feed their families. As such, the products can be purchased individually or as part of an allergy-safe School Safe Variety Pack, which excludes the Crunchy Peanut variety.
