Bristol Brewing is Donating Proceeds From Microbrew Sales to Charity

Bristol Brewing Company, which has gained a reputation in Colorado for its quality microbrews, is donating 100% of proceeds from the sale of its Cheyenne Canon Pinon Nut Brown Ale to charity.

The toasty brown ale takes its name from the Cheyenne Canon regional park, which covers an area of 1,320 acres and includes miles of hiking and biking trails. The ale pays tribute to the natural masterpiece. Fittingly enough, proceeds are being donated to The Friends of Cheyenne Canon organization.

The pinot nut brown ale is noted for its subtle, nutty undertones and a prominent malt profile. The combination of roasted pinon nuts, Vanguard and Columbus hops and rounded malts makes for a brown ale that is smooth and roasty.

The venture is part of Bristol Brewing's Community Ales program. Through the program, the brewery donates proceeds from the sale of unique beers to various local causes that contribute to the quality of life in Colorado Springs.
