High-Tech Flamethrowers

Elon Musk Fufilled His Promise and Made The Boring Company Flamethrower

Elon Musk has fulfilled another promise with the announced release of The Boring Company flamethrower. The eccentric founder of Tesla, SpaceX and Hyperloop is also behind The Boring Comapny. Until now, the only goal of this company was to construct an expansive network of tunnels containing high-speed electric sleds, but it turns out that The Boring Company may also be interested in personal flamethrowers.

The launch of this product comes from a tweet Musk made in December of 2017, in which he mentioned selling The Boring Company flamethrower if The Boring Company-branded caps sold out. The selling of the branded caps was originally to raise funds for experiments at SpaceX's base in Hawthorne, California. While there was no official announcement for the flamethrower, a page allowing for pre-orders of the product was found on The Boring Company website. However, the page was not easy to find as users who found themselves at the page were presented with a password box. That being said, clever sleuths were able to decipher the password and found themselves at a page for The Boring Company flamethrower.
