Peanut Butter Oat Bars

Bob's Red Mill Launched Bob's Better Bars at the Winter Fancy Food Show

At the Winter Fancy Food Show this month, Bob's Red Mill launched a new range of Bob's Better Bars, which were inspired by a family recipe from founder Bob Moore's wife, Charlee.

These oat bars are made without gluten, soy, dairy or eggs, yet they are packed with up to seven grams of protein and contain a low amount of sugar. The oat bars are offered in a range of comforting and decadent flavors like Peanut Butter Jelly, Peanut Butter Apple Spice and Peanut Butter Chocolate.

With oat milk emerging as the hottest alternative milk beverage on the market, consumers are also turning their attention to other innovative oat-based products and snacks that reach far beyond what people have come to know as a nourishing, dependable and affordable breakfast food.
