This Alcoholic Kombucha Features Blueberry, Ginger and Lavender

Boochcraft, a San Diego, California-based company that specializes in delectable and fully organic plant-based hard kombuchas, recently launched the second of its 'Liquid Art Lab' series in the form of a Blueberry Ginger Ale.

This particular hard kombucha makes use of premium organic maple syrup that was obtained as the result of a collaboration between Boochcraft and the Adirondack Family Farms. Meanwhile, dried ginger root was incorporated into the recipe in order to lend it an earthy spiciness without being overpowering on the palate. Elsewhere, the inclusion of dry lavender adds floral yet arboreal hints that help bring all the components together.

The Blueberry Ginger Ale comes in at seven percent ABV and has a delightfully bubbly character, with the combination of blueberries, lavender and ginger making it a unique offering in the hard kombucha space.
